Chair Boogie: Wimbish
Chair Boogie at Wimbish Primary School, every Tuesday, arrive at 1.30pm for a 1.40pm start.
FREE to attend: Seated activities to uplifting music. Suitable for all: improve your fitness and have fun at the same time! Our qualified instructor will guide you through the movements at a pace to suit you. Wear something comfy that you can stretch in. Stay afterwards for free refreshments!
