TouchPoint Active runs a range of sessions each week, from bootcamps to yoga, chair-based exercise to running. All sessions are free and accessible to all. Our “give what you can ” system enables those who wish to donate to do so.

The sessions are held by fully qualified instructors and are suitable for all abilities. Please note that some activities are for women* or men** only.

The current timetable is below, with sessions in Birchanger, Elsenham, Stansted, Takeley, Thaxted and Wimbish. Please check our Events Page for the most up-to-date information for each session, including changes due to Bank Holidays and so on:

Mondays

  • 1:40pm Chair Boogie, Wimbish Primary School (Maple Lane, Tye Green, CB10 2XE)
  • 6:30pm: Women’s Running and Fitness*, Stansted (72 Chapel Hill, CM24 8AQ)
  • 7:15pm Women’s Body Blitz*, Stansted (72 Chapel Hill, CM24 8AQ)

Tuesdays

  • 9:15am Yoga Mindfulness, Stansted (72 Chapel Hill, CM24 8AQ)
  • 10:00am Pilates, Thaxted (Pam’s Place, 2 Vicarage Mead, CM6 2RL)
  • 11:00am Chair-based Pilates, Thaxted (Pam’s Place, 2 Vicarage Mead, CM6 2RL)

Wednesdays

  • 12:00pm Chair-based Exercise, Stansted (72 Chapel Hill, CM24 8AQ)
