TouchPoint Active: Friday Women’s Bootcamp

Join the TouchPoint Active women’s group for a free fun bootcamp session every Friday morning! Meet at Crafton Green at 9.15am for 45 minutes of activity followed by free tea or coffee and cake (optional!). Suitable for all abilities and children are welcome to join you. Dress for the weather 🙂 you may want to bring a spare pair of shoes for a cuppa afterwards if it’s looking muddy.
