Run on Wednesdays at 12.15pm for 45 minutes, the sessions are suitable for all levels and abilities.

The group is for everyone, whether your loss was recent or a long time ago, and is a welcoming place to meet others, talk about experiences, ask questions, and make new friends.
The TouchPoint Community Café is open on Thursdays between 10am and 2.30pm, with hot meals served between 11.30am and 1pm.
Tea and coffee is free, and we have a lovely selection of homemade cakes available to buy.
What is TouchPoint Teatime? It’s a free hot meal for children and their parents or carers – it’s for all pre-school and school-aged children and the food is child-friendly.
