Men's Nordic Walking Group returns

Please note that these sessions are for men only

Have you ever tried Nordic Walking? This technique works on full-body fitness, using specially designed poles to engage muscles throughout the body simultaneously. It's not just good for physical health, it's also great for mental wellbeing, and it's suitable for all ages and abilities.


  • When: Every Wednesday evening at 6.00pm for about one hour

  • Where: Meet at TouchPoint, 72 Chapel Hill, Stansted CM24 8AQ

  • Useful to know: All equipment is provided: just wear a comfortable pair of trainers or shoes with a flexible sole, and dress for the weather.
