We are delighted to have partnered with iDEA, the Inspiring Digital Enterprise Award, to give our community access to a range of FREE courses.
What is iDEA?
iDEA is an award-winning programme that helps you develop digital, enterprise and employability skills, working at your own pace.
The programme gives you access to a series of online challenges. As you complete these challenges you earn Badges. When you earn enough Badges, you can earn a Bronze, Silver or Gold Award to add to your CV. The Inspiring Digital Enterprise Award is industry-recognised and will help you to stand out from the crowd when applying for jobs.
The modules are flexible, and you can choose how much time you are able to commit. The shortest courses take half an hour or less to complete making it easier to fit around other commitments.
iDEA courses are designed to work on all modern devices, so don’t worry if you don’t have a laptop – a mobile or tablet will be just fine. If you don’t have access to a suitable device, please get in touch.
The Badges are divided into five key areas: Citizen, Worker, Maker, Entrepreneur and Gamer. There really is something to suit all interests, from digital awareness and ethics to useful workplace tools, digital creativity and learning how to bring ideas to life.

Then:
- Enter your details into the form
- Once logged in click on your nickname in the top right-hand corner
- Select ‘Edit Profile’
- Go to ‘Organiser Group Codes’ on the left
- Type in the code TPDIGITAL and press save/update
