Takeley: Thursday chair yoga

A weekly free chair yoga session. The session begins at 9.15am for 45 mins. Followed by tea, coffee and cake (and the Touchpoint Foodshare!). Yoga takes place inside the Old School Community Hub – please bring a mat if you are able to.
