A series of sessions to bring calm and relaxation

Sound Bath*

A soothing session using crystal bowls, gongs and chimes to help slow the mind, ease tension and bring you into a deeply restorative state. Please see extra information below to check that a Sound Bath is right for you.

 

Tuesday 6th January | 7:00–8:30pm

An Evening of Calm & Stillness

Join Teresa to learn simple reflexology points, some gentle breath work followed by a meditation to release tension and promote relaxation. Finishing with a short crystal bowl sound healing.

 

Tuesday 20th January | 7:00–8:15pm

Yoga Nidra with Fiona

A deeply restful guided 45-minute meditation. Practiced lying down, Yoga Nidra is a form of conscious sleep, a state of deep relaxation where the body rests while the mind remains gently aware.

 

For each of the sessions, doors open from 6.40pm for a 7pm start.

These sessions are free, with donations welcomed.

*IMPORTANT: Sound vibrations from the Sound Bath may interfere with pacemakers or electronic implants. Certain frequencies can trigger seizures in people with epilepsy or a seizure history, and may cause discomfort for those with Ménière’s disease, tinnitus, or metal implants. Avoid attending if you’ve had surgery or a fracture within the last six months. If you have a severe mental health condition, heart condition, or severe osteoporosis, consult a doctor first. Sound baths are not recommended during the first trimester of pregnancy. When in doubt, seek medical advice.
