Bookings are now open for our Spring Into Wellness sessions: a series of evening sessions to bring calm and relaxation. All are being held at TouchPoint, Crafton Green House, Stansted CM24 8AQ.

Booking notes:

Doors open from 6.40pm for a 7pm start. Admission is free (donations very much welcomed).

Email active@thetouchpoint.org to register your interest or if you have any questions. Spaces are limited to 20 people per session and offered on a first-come, first-served basis. If sessions fill up, we will keep a waiting list. To ensure fairness, priority will be given to those who haven’t registered for another Spring Into Wellness Session. If you want to come to more than one, specify your first preference and you’ll be placed on the waiting list for other sessions.

We have three lovely sessions planned:

Tuesday 17th March | 7:00pm

Yoga Nidra with Fiona

A deeply restful guided meditation, yoga nidra is a form of conscious sleep. Unlike traditional sleep, yoga nidra is a state of deep relaxation where the body rests while the mind remains gently aware. Practiced lying down, it bridges the gap between wakefulness and sleep. A 45-minute practice is equivalent to around four hours of sleep and with practice can make a huge difference to those suffering with insomnia.

Tuesday 31st March | 7:00pm

Somatic Yoga & Breath with Tash

This deeply nourishing session combines gentle somatic movement and breathwork to support your nervous system, release tension and trauma, and guide you back to balance. Move slowly, breathe deeply, and rest fully — all held in a calm space. This is totally floor based and suitable for beginners and more practiced yogis alike.

Tuesday 14th April | 7:00pm

Restorative Yoga with Kirsty

Restorative Yoga is a gentle, deeply relaxing class focused on rest and renewal. Using supportive props such as bolsters, blankets, and blocks, poses are held for longer periods to allow the body to fully relax and release tension. This practice is slow-paced and accessible to all levels, encouraging deep rest, nervous system calming, and mindful breathing
