A quick reminder about our FREE weekly yoga lessons that take place every Tuesday morning from 9.15am to 10.15am.
This is all about taking some time for yourself and relaxing and stretching: it is suitable for beginners and people of all ages and abilities!
Join us for one hour of gentle yoga flow for movement and mindfulness. We provide the mats, just wear something comfortable that you can stretch in.
