We are delighted to launch our new free yoga clases on Tuesdays 9.15am – 10.15am

Take some time for yourself and join us for one hour of gentle yoga flow for movement and mindfulness. The class, led by Su Civil of Symmetry Yoga & Wellbeing, is suitable for beginners of all ages. Su is a firm believer that everyone and every body can benefit from yoga practice. The class will include breathing exercises and meditation to help reduce stress and anxiety, nourishing your spirit as well as strengthening your body.
We provide the mats, just wear something comfortable that you can stretch in.
