Help us put a gift under the tree for 600 local children

For many families, Christmas brings worry as well as joy. We estimate that more than 3,000 children in our area live in families who may struggle to afford the extra cost of the festive season. This year, we want as many of them as possible to wake up to a gift of their own.
Our fourth annual TouchPoint Kids’ Christmas Gifts Appeal is now open, and our target is £15,000. That’s enough to support 600 children!
Here’s how it works. £25 gives one child a voucher to choose a present for themselves. We work with local schools and community partners to reach the children who need it most, and the vouchers arrive in time for Christmas. Best of all, 100% of your donation goes on vouchers, because TouchPoint covers every other cost.
It makes a real difference. One nine-year-old told us: “Getting my voucher meant that my mum didn’t have to save as much money as normal.” A parent said it “added a bit of magic to our Christmas.” And one local school said support like this brings “reassurance, dignity, and a sense of belonging.”
