About the event
The sessions are suitable for all levels and abilities. Free, with donations welcomed.
Seated activities to uplifting music: improve your fitness and have fun at the same time! No equipment is needed, just wear something comfortable that you can stretch in.
Find us at TouchPoint Stansted, Crafton Green, Stansted Mountfitchet, CM24 8AQ. Our building is fully accessible and includes wheelchair accessible facilities and bathrooms. There is parking just outside at the Crafton Green pay and display car park.
