The class is suitable for beginners of all ages. It will include breathing exercises and meditation to help reduce stress and anxiety. DESCRIPTION:What is TouchPoint Teatime? It’s part of our response to the cost-of-living crisis\, and thinking about how we\, as a community organisation\, can support families in Stansted. TouchPoint Teatime is a free hot meal for children and their parents or carers – it’s for all pre-school and school-aged children and the food is child-friendly – think pasta\, burgers or hotdogs! \nIt runs from 4pm to 6pm\, with last orders for food at 5:30pm. \nIt really helps us to plan if we have an idea of numbers beforehand – it’s not essential but if you could let us know on info@thetouchpoint.org or message us on 07572 114882 that would be great.
