DESCRIPTION:A soothing session using crystal bowls\, gongs and chimes to help slow the mind\, ease tension and bring you into a deeply restorative state. Please see extra information below to check that a Sound Bath is right for you. \n\nDoors open from 6.40pm for a 7pm start\nThese sessions are free\, with donations welcomed.\nPlaces are limited and are on a first come\, first served basis.\nPlease email active@thetouchpoint.org to reserve your space\n\nPLEASE NOTE: Sound vibrations from the Sound Bath may interfere with pacemakers or electronic implants. Certain frequencies can trigger seizures in people with epilepsy or a seizure history\, and may cause discomfort for those with Ménière’s disease\, tinnitus\, or metal implants. Avoid attending if you’ve had surgery or a fracture within the last six months. If you have a severe mental health condition\, heart condition\, or severe osteoporosis\, consult a doctor first. Sound baths are not recommended during the first trimester of pregnancy. When in doubt\, seek medical advice.
